We are a fast-growing, mission-driven team building a category-defining company at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, supply chain, and climate.
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with enterprise customers in Europe. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 5-8 enterprise customers (and their suppliers) and work closely with their procurement, sustainability, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
You will own customer relationships end-to-end and lead structured onboarding and pilot projects, ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes using our platform, and serve as the primary interface between customers and our internal product and engineering teams.
This role combines customer ownership, structured project execution, and commercial awareness in a fast-moving startup environment. Within 6 months, you will independently manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.
